No School Improvement!!

Developing a school improvement plan was not the easiest take at my current school.  Reviewing the data and analyzing the data was a tedious task, and it took a lot of time and research.  I had to pull the latest data from the Virginia Department of Education.  I had to review the federal accountability results for the 2013-2014 school year.  I had to determine the where the gaps were open for the school.  What programs did we need?  What happened to the teachers?  What went wrong and worked for the school?  What is the population and demographics?  There were so many questions that I had to ask myself and answer.  It was very hard to stay or remain positive while I was analyzing this school.

Being on a school improvement plan is not part of my administrative plan.  By developing a school improvement plan, I want to make sure I work top to bottom, by meeting the standards and needs of the district and state so I do not jeopardize the school.  I will work hard to meet the expectations of the school.
